Environmental Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Environmental Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 18 April 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the EnvironmentalProtectionRegulation 1998 . 4 Amendment of s 44A (Fees for prescribed authorities) Section 44A(2)(b), ‘lower fee’— omit, insert— ‘different fee for the registration certificate or development approval, whether higher or lower than the fee prescribed under subsection (1)(a) or (b)’.
