s1 2 s6 Environmental Protection Amendment Regulation No. 104, 2004 (No. 1) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Environmental Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Environmental Protection Regulation 1998. 3 Omission of s 2 (Commencement) Section 2— omit. 4 Amendment of s 38ZH (Expiry of pt 3B) Section 38ZH, ‘1 July 2004’— omit, insert— ‘14 July 2005’. 5 Amendment of s 50 (Criteria for deciding waiver application) Section 50(2), ‘, compared to the Environmental Protection Act 1994 ’— omit. 6 Amendment of sch 1 (Prescribed environmentally relevant activities and amounts for annual fees) (1) Schedule 1, item 4(a), ‘1 000 birds’— omit, insert— ‘1 000’. (2) Schedule 1, item 15(f), ‘average’— omit, insert— ‘equivalent’.
