This proclamation is the Environmental Protection Amendment
Act 2020 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2021.
2. Commencement
The provisions of the Environmental Protection Amendment
Act 2020 listed in the Table come into operation on the day after
the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
