s1 2 s4 Environmental Protection (Air) Amendment No. 349, 2000 (No. 1) ˙ Short title 1. This environmental protection policy may be cited as the Environmental Protection (Air) Amendment Policy (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Commencement 2. This policy commences on 1 January 2001. ˙ Environmental protection policy amended 3. This policy amends the Environmental Protection (Air) Policy 1997 . ˙ Amendment of s 20 (Review of decision and appeal) 4. Section 20(1)— omit, insert — ‘ 20.(1) Chapter 6, part 3 of the Act applies to a decision to give an abatement notice as if the decision were a decision mentioned in schedule 1, part 2 of the Act. 1 ’.
