Interpretation Act 1987

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 29A of the Interpretation Act 1987, do, by this my Proclamation, revoke the repeal of the Environmental Planning and Assessment (Sydney Cove) Savings and Transitional Regulation 1999 by the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 2011.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to revoke the repeal of the Environmental Planning and Assessment (Sydney Cove) Savings and Transitional Regulation 1999 by the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 2011. Pursuant to section 29A (1) of the Interpretation Act 1987, the Regulation is taken not to be, and never to have been, repealed.
