I, the Minister for Planning, in pursuance of section 54 (6) of the Environmental Planning and
Assessment Act 1979, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to designate land adjoining Bega Valley local government area as part of that local government area for the purposes of Division 4 of Part 3 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (which relates to the making of local environmental plans).
This Order is made under section 54 (6) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Environmental Planning and Assessment (Cattle Bay and Snug
Cove) Order 2014.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.

3      Designation of land as part of Bega Valley local government area

(1)	The relevant area is designated as part of the Bega Valley local government area for the purposes of Division 4 of Part 3 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
(2)	In this clause: relevant area means the area shown hatched on the map marked “Bega Valley Local Government Area—Cattle Bay and Snug Cove” deposited in the office of Bega Valley Shire Council.
