I, the Minister for Planning, in pursuance of sections 118 and 118AA of the
Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to abolish the Burwood Town Centre Planning Panel and to repeal
the Order that established that Panel.
This Order is made under sections 118 and 118AA of the Environmental Planning and

Assessment Act 1979 and section 43 (2) of the Interpretation Act 1987.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Environmental Planning and Assessment (Burwood
Town Centre Planning Panel) Amendment Order 2010.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 30 September 2010 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Definition

In this Order:
the Act means the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

4 Amendment of Schedule 5B to the Act to abolish Burwood Town Centre Planning Panel

Part 1 of Schedule 5B to the Act is amended by omitting “Burwood
Town Centre Planning Panel”.

5      Repeal of Order establishing Burwood Town Centre Planning Panel

The Environmental Planning and Assessment (Burwood Town Centre
Planning Panel) Order 2007 is repealed.
