1 Name of Order
This Order is the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Western Sydney Growth Areas—Special Contributions Area) Order 2011.

2 Commencement
This Order commences on 24 January 2011 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 No 203
Schedule 5A Special contributions areas
Omit item 1. Insert instead:
1 land shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Western Sydney Growth Areas—Special Contributions Area” deposited in the head office of the Department

4 Savings provisions
This Order does not affect:

(a) anything done before 24 January 2011 under Subdivision 4 or 5 of Division 6 of Part 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (the Act) in respect of the land described in item 1 of Schedule 5A to the Act (as in force immediately before that date) (the relevant land), or
(b) anything in force under those Subdivisions immediately before 24 January 2011 in respect of the relevant land, or
(c) the power of the Minister to impose a condition under section 94EF (3) of the Act in respect of a direction given under section 94EF (1) of the Act before 24 January 2011.
