I, the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, in pursuance of section 115U (4) of
the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend the State Environmental Planning Policy (State and Regional Development) 2011 to provide that development on land in the Northern Beaches Hospital Precinct that is carried out by or on behalf of a public authority and that has a capital investment value of more than $30 million is State significant infrastructure.
This Order is made under section 115U (4) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment
Act 1979.
