Assessment Act 1979, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to include the Mid-Coast local government area as a part of the State for which
the Hunter and Central Coast Regional Planning Panel is constituted.
This Order is made under section 2.12 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Regional
Planning Panel) Order 2018.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

(1) Schedule 2 Provisions relating to planning bodies

Insert “Mid-Coast,” after “Maitland City,” in clause 10 (a).

(2)	Schedule 2, clause 10 (b)
Omit “Mid-Coast,”.
