Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to abolish the Wagga Wagga City Council Planning Panel. sections 118 and 118AA (as affected by section 43 of the Interpretation Act 1987).

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Environmental Planning and Assessment (Abolition of
Wagga Wagga City Council Planning Panel) Order 2011.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Repeal of Order

The Environmental Planning and Assessment (Wagga Wagga City
Council Planning Panel) Order 2007 is repealed.

Schedule 5B Planning Assessment Panels

Omit “Wagga Wagga City Council Planning Panel” from Part 1 of
Schedule 5B.
