Regulations under the Environmental Offences and Penalties Act 1996

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Offences and Penalties Regulations 2011.

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of the Environmental Offences and Penalties Amendment Act (No. 2) 2010.

3Acts prescribed for section 3(1) of Act

For section 3(1) of the Act, each Act specified in the Schedule is prescribed.
