AMENDMENT (CLEAN AIR) REGULATION 1997

ERRATUM

THE Environmental Offences and Penalties Act Amendment (Clean Air) Regulation 1997 which was published in the Government Gazette of 29 August, 1997, Gazette No. 95 on page 6667 was published with an incorrect signature:

“BOB DEBUS, M.P., for the Minister for Environment.”

this should have read

“PAM ALLAN, M.P., Minister for the Environment.”
