I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 11 of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 .18 March 2019

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Order 2019 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 .
