Environmental Management and Pollution Control (General Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 .24 September 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (General Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (General Fees) Regulations 1995 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees)Part 4 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "Hazardous" from item 5(a)(ii)(C) and substituting "Controlled".
