Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2010

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 .17 December 2010

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2010 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Regulations 2006 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 2 amended (Prescribed offences) Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 3 from Part 2 and substituting: 3.    Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Waste Management) Regulations 2010
