PART 2—AMENDMENT OF FORESTRY REGULATION 1998 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Forestry Regulation 1998. 3 Amendment of sch 6 (Fees) (1) Schedule 6, items 1(b)(i) and 4(h), ‘3.95’— omit, insert — ‘4.00’. (2) Schedule 6, item 1(b)(ii), ‘15.80’— omit, insert — ‘16.00’. PART 3—AMENDMENT OF NATURE CONSERVATION REGULATION 1994 4 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the Nature Conservation Regulation 1994.
