(ENFORCEMENT) ACT 1996 NO 101—PROCLAMATION

Environmental Legislation Amendment (Enforcement) Act 1996, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 20 December 1996 as the day on which that Act commences.
I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South 2 of the
