1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Environment, Resources and Development Court (Native Title) Variation Regulations 2003.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2003.

4. Schedule, clause 4—delete "$65.50" and substitute:

   $68.00
