Part 1—Preliminary
1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Environment Protection (Site Contamination) (Fees) Variation Regulations 2009.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2009.
3—Variation provisions
In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

4—Substitution of regulation 8
Regulation 8—delete the regulation and substitute:

Fees payable under these regulations are set out in the Environment Protection (Fees and Levy) Regulations 1994.
5—Variation of regulation 10—Application for accreditation
Regulation 10(1)(c)—delete "set out in Schedule 2 as the fee"
6—Variation of regulation 14—Annual fee
Regulation 14(1)—delete "fee set out as the annual accreditation fee in Schedule 2" and substitute:
annual fee for accreditation
7—Variation of regulation 18—Return of certificate of accreditation and identity card
Regulation 18(3)—delete "the fee set out in Schedule 2 as"
8—Revocation of Schedule 2
Schedule 2—delete the Schedule
