Environment Protection Legislation New South Wales

Amendment Act 2002 No 14—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Environment Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2002, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	28 June 2002 as the day on which sections 1–3 and 7 of, and Schedule 1 and Schedule 5.2 to, that Act commence, and
(b)	1 July 2002 as the day on which the other provisions of that Act commence.
