I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 .15 October 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Environment Protection (Atmospheric Pollution) Amendment (Vehicle Standards Consequential) Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Vehicle Standards) Act 2001 commences. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Environment Protection (Atmospheric Pollution) Regulations 1974 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 2 amendedSchedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting clause 2.
