Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (Recovery Plan—Conilurus penicillatus) Adoption Instrument 2019

I, MELISSA PRICE, Minister for the Environment, under section 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as a recovery plan for the listed threatened species Conilurus penicillatus specified below, the plan made by the Northern Territiory Government:

Conilurus penicillatus	Woinarski, J.C.Z., Hill, B.M, and Ward, S.  2017. Recovery, Management and Monitoring Plan for the Brush-tailed Rabbit-rat Conilurus penicillatus. Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Darwin.

The recovery plan will come into force on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
