Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (National Recovery Plan—Clay Pans of the Swan Coastal Plain Ecological Community) Adoption Instrument 2019

I, MELISSA PRICE, Minister for the Environment, under subsection section 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, herby adopt a recovery plan for the listed threatened ecological community specified below, the plan made by the Western Australian Government:
