This Proclamation is the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (Mermaid Reef Marine National Nature Reserve) Amendment Proclamation 2012 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day after it is registered.

  1. Amendment

Schedule 1 amends the Proclamation—Mermaid Reef Marine National Nature Reserve made on 21 March 1991 (Federal Register of Legislative Instruments No. F2007B00727) as amended.
