This Proclamation is the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (Cartier Island Marine Reserve) Amendment Proclamation 2012 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day after it is registered.

  1. Amendment

Schedule 1 amends the Proclamation—Cartier Island Marine Reserve made on 7 June 2000 (Federal Register of Legislative Instruments No. F2007B00721).
