Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 – Section 324S – Instrument making Management Plan (Cockatoo Island) (16/03/2011) (Cth)

I, Theo Hooy, Assistant Secretary, Historic Heritage Branch, delegate of the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, under section 324S(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, make the management plan specified in column 1 of Table 1, as the plan to protect and manage the National Heritage Values of the place specified in column 2 of Table 1:

The management plan was gazetted on 23 June 2010 and registered as a legislative instrument on 2 September 2010.  This instrument is taken to have effect from 23 June 2010.
