Instrument adopting Recovery Plans

I, PETER ROBERT GARRETT, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts:

Under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as the recovery plan for the listed threatened species specified below, the plans made by the Northern Territory, Queensland and New South Wales governments (or agencies of the State/Territory) specified opposite the listed threatened species:
