Instrument Adopting Recovery Plan
I, PETER ROBERT GARRETT, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts, hereby adopt, under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, the following plan as made by South Australia (or agencies of that State):
Willson, A. and Bignall, J. (2009) Regional Recovery Plan for Threatened Species and Ecological Communities of Adelaide and the Mount Lofty Ranges, South Australia. Department for Environment and Heritage, South Australia
as the recovery plan for the following listed threatened species endemic to the region covered by that plan:
·Cinclosoma punctatum anachoreta (Spotted Quail-thrush (Mt Lofty Ranges));
·Hylacola pyrrhopygia parkeri (Chestnut-rumped Heathwren (Mt Lofty Ranges));
·Allocasuarina robusta (Mt Compass Oak-bush);
·Corybas dentatus (Finniss Helmet-orchid);
·Prasophyllum murfetii (Fleurieu Leek Orchid); and
·Spyridium coactilifolium.
The adopted recovery plan will come into force on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
