Instrument Adopting and Revoking Recovery Plans

I, CAROLYN WEISS CAMERON, Assistant Secretary, Approvals and Wildlife Division, delegate for the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities:

(a) pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 and subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby revoke the adoption of the following State recovery plans:

-Bickerton, D. (1999). Recovery plan for Caladenia behrii (Pink-lipped Spider-orchid). Department for Environment and Heritage, South Australia;

-Bickerton, D. (2003). Recovery plan for Arachnorchis macroclavia (Large-club Spider-orchid). Department for Environment and Heritage, South Australia;

-Bickerton, D. (2003). Recovery plan for Arachnorchis woolcockiorum (Woolcock’s Spider-orchid). Department for Environment and Heritage, South Australia;

-Bickerton, D. and Robertson, R. (2000). Halbury Greenhood (Pterostylis ‘Halbury’) recovery plan. Department for Environment and Heritage, South Australia;

(b) under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as recovery plans for the listed threatened species specified below, the respective plans made by New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia (or agencies of those States) specified opposite those listed threatened species:

The adopted recovery plans will come into force on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments. 

The revoking of the adoption of the recovery plans, specified in paragraph (a) of this instrument, will take effect on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
