Amendment - Instrument Adopting and Revoking Recovery Plans

I, GEOFFREY RICHARDSON, Assistant Secretary, Protected Species and Communities Branch, delegate of the Minister for the Environment, pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby amend the Legislative Instrument (F2014L01397) adopting the following State recovery plan:

oDepartment of Parks and Wildlife (2014). South Coast Threatened Birds Recovery Plan. Department of Parks and Wildlife, Perth, Western Australia.

To correct the name for the following species:

Listed Threatened Species Name:	Change to:
Psophodes nigrogularis nigrogularis (western whipbird [western mallee])	Psophodes nigrogularis nigrogularis (western whipbird [western heath])
