Adoption of a Territory Plan as a Recovery Plan

I, IAN GORDON CAMPBELL, Minister for the Environment and Heritage, under section 269A of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as a recovery plan for the listed threatened species specified below, the respective plan made by the Australian Capital Territory (or agencies of the Territory) specified opposite those listed threatened species:

Australian Capital Territory Recovery Plan (1)

Listed Threatened Species or Ecological Community	Recovery Plan
Natural Temperate Grassland of the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory	Environment ACT 2005 National Recovery Plan for Natural Temperate Grassland of the Southern Tablelands (NSW and ACT): an endangered ecological community (Environment ACT, Canberra).

This recovery plan will come into force on the date of signing of this instrument.
