Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 390J(5) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, revoke the Proclamation made under subsection 8A(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975 and published in the Gazette No. S 164 of 30 June 1987 (as amended by the Proclamations made under subsection 8A(3) of that Act and published in the Gazette No. GN 45 of 22 November 1989, and No. S165 of 24 June 1991) establishing a Conservation Zone.
