Amendment to the List of Migratory Species

I, TONY BURKE, Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, pursuant to subsection 209(1)(b) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, amend the list of migratory species to include all species required to be included under paragraph 209(3)(a) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, following inclusion on Appendix I and II to the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (‘Bonn Convention’) of:
