I, WILLIAM GEORGE HAYDEN, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, under subsection 7 (8) of the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975, hereby:
(a)amend the Proclamation under subsection 7 (2) of that Act published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 5 April 1979, as amended by the Proclamations published in the Gazette on 20 December 1985 and 12 June 1987, by adding at the end of the Schedule to the first-mentioned Proclamation the Part set out in the Schedule to this Proclamation; and
(b)for the purposes of paragraph 8A (5) (a) of that Act, declare that this Proclamation is to come into operation immediately after the Proclamation that amends the Proclamation under subsection 8A (2) of that Act published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 30 June 1987.
