1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Environment Protection Amendment Regulation 2007 (No 2).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Environment Protection Act 1997.

   NoteSection 166 (8) of the Environment Protection Act 1997 allows the amendment by regulation of schedule 1 of the Act.

4. Schedule 1, table 1.2, item 32

   substitute

32 the operation of a facility designed to store more than 50m³ of petroleum products
