Part 1    Preliminary

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Environment and Heritage Protection Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2017.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2017.

Part 2    Amendment of Coastal Protection and Management Regulation 2003
