I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 4 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Environment and Heritage Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2006, fix 15 January 2007 as the day on which item 763 of Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
