AN ACT to repeal the Entertainments Tax Act, 1925-1959, and the Entertainments Tax Assess- ment Act, 1925-1959.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Entertainments Tax and Assessment Acts Repeal Act, 1961.

Commence-

ment. 2.

This Act shall come into operation on the first-

day of January, one thousand nine hundred and.

sixty-two.

Repeal of

Acts Nos. 12	3. The Entertainments Tax Assessment Act,
and 13 of

1925       1925-1959, and the Entertainments Tax Act, 1925-

as amended
from time	1959, are repealed.
