Application for approval of the Ensign NSW Laundry Production Enterprise Agreement 2025

1. Ensign Services (Aust) Pty Ltd t/as Ensign and Linen Services Australia has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Ensign NSW Laundry Production Enterprise Agreement 2025 (the Agreement).

1. On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

1. The Agreement is approved and will operate from 25 August 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2028.

1. The Agreement covers the Australian Workers' Union.
