Application for approval of the Linen Services Australia NSW Plants Enterprise Agreement 2022
Ensign Services (Aust) Pty Ltd T/A Linen Services Australia has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Linen Services Australia NSW Plants Enterprise Agreement 2022 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 9 March 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2025.
The Agreement covers The Australian Workers’ Union.
