PROCLAMATION

I. the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council. and in pursuance of section

2 of the Energy Services Corporations Amendment (TransGrid

Corporatisation) Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 13 December 1998 as the day on which section 4 of that Act, and Schedule 2.7 [6] to that Act, commence.
