PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Energy Services Corporations Amendment (TransGrid Corporatisation) Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 December 1998 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

provision that relates t o the commencement of the National Electricity (New South Wales) Act 1997 and the electricity market referred t o in that Act has been commenced by an earlier proclamation.
