ENERGY SERVICES CORPORATIONS ACT 1995—
REGULATION

(Relating to the names of energy distributors)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Energy Services Corporations Act 1995, has been

pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Energy Services Corporations Act 1995 is

amended:

(a) by omitting the name “Far West Energy” and by inserting instead, in alphabetical order, the name “Australian Inland Energy”;
(b) by omitting the name “MetSouth Energy” and by inserting instead, in alphabetical order, the name “Integral Energy Australia”;

by omitting the name “MidState Energy” and by inserting

(c) instead, in alphabetical order, the name “Advance Energy”;

(d)

by omitting the name “NorthPower Energy” and by inserting instead, in alphabetical order, the name “NorthPower”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to vary the names of 4 energy services corporations. This Regulation is made under section 12 of the Energy Services Corporations Act
