ENERGY SERVICES CORPORATIONS ACT 1995—
REGULATION

(Amending Schedule 1 to the Act)

HIS Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Energy Services Corporations Act 1995, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

l. This Regulation commences on 2 March 1996.

Amendment

2. Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Energy Services Corporations Act 1995 is amended by omitting the name “MetNorth Energy” and by inserting instead the name “Energy Australia”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to vary the name of an energy services corporation. This Regulation is made under section 12 of the Energy Services Corporations Act
