Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to vary the name of an energy services
corporation (from Energy South to Great Southern Energy).
This Regulation is made under section 12 of the Energy Services

Corporations Act 1995.

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Energy Services Corporations Act
Amendment (Great Southern Energy) Regulation 1996.

The Energy Services Corporations Act 1995 is amended as set out in Schedule 1 .
