His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under- the Energy Services Corporations Act 1995.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to change the name of an electricity including section 17 (the general regulation making power) and section 12.

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Energy Services Corporations Act

Amendment (Delta Electricity) Regulation 1996.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 2 August 1996.

3 Explanatory note

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.

4 Amendment

Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Energy Services Corporations Act 1995 is amended by omitting the name “First State Power” and by inserting instead the name “Delta Electricity”.
