Made by the Western Power Corporation with the approval of the
Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These by-laws are the Energy Operators (Western Power

2. Commencement
These by-laws come into operation on 1 April 2006.

3.           Repeal

The Energy Operators (Western Power Corporation) (Charges)
By-laws 1996 are repealed.
