Made by the Regional Power Corporation with the approval of the
Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These by-laws are the Enerrry Operators (Regional Pruner

Corporation) (Charges) Amendment By-laws (No. 2) 2013.

2.
Commencement mencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows -

(a)

by-laws I and 2 — on the day on hich these by-laws are published in the Gaze tte;

(h) the rest of the by-laws on 1 September 2013.

3.             By-laws amended

By-law 4 amended

These by-laws amend the Energy Operators (Regional Pruner

Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006.

4.             By-law 4A amended

In by-law 4A(2) delete "Schedule I" and insert:

Schedules I or 2

(2) Delete bv-law• (4)(2) and insert:

(2) The charges to be paid by consumers for the unmetered

supply of street lighting by the corpol ation are those

specified in Schedule 2 Division 1.

(3) After by-law 4(2) insert:

(3) The charges to be paid by consumers for the unmetered

supply of electricity except street lighting by the
corporation are those specified in. or calculated in
accordance with. Schedule 2 Division 2.

6.             Schedule I amended

(1) In Schedule I clause 4 amend the provisions listed in the Table
as set out in the Table.

Division 2 — Miscellaneous

1.             Traffic light installations

Supply of electricity to traffic light installations comprises a

charge of $6.0804 (being $5.67 1 1 plus the carbon
component) per day per kW of installed wa ttage.

2.              Public telephone facility

Supply of electricity to a standard public telephone facility

where supply is not independently metered comprises a

charge of 50.9297 cents (being 48.7999 cents plus the
carbon component) per day.

3.              Railway crossing

Supply of electricity to standard raiIway crossing lights comprises a charge of 62.61 65 cents (being 61.6718 cents plus the carbon component) per day.

9.             Schedule 4 amended

In Schedule 4 delete items 4 and 9.
