Energy Operators (Regional Power

Corporation) (Charges) Amendment

By-laws 2007

Made by the Regional Power Corporation with the approval of the

Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

The amendments in these by-laws are to the Energy Operators
(Regional Power Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006*.

1.            Citation

These by-laws are the Energy Operators (Regional Power
Corporation) (Charges) Amendment By-laws 2007.

2.            Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows:

(a)	by-laws 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the by-laws — on 1 July 2007.

3.            The by-laws amended

4. Schedule 4 amended
Schedule 4 is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1 by deleting "$27.50" and inserting instead — " $29.80 '';
(b)	in item 10 by deleting "$3.80" and inserting instead — " $4.10 ";
(c)	by inserting after item 10 the following item
